Close to the Pont du Gard, in the shade of plane mulberry trees, or in the dining-room with authentic bluish moldings, the restaurant Domaine des Escaunes invites you to discover the Provençal flavors, via our creative haute cuisine.
Year after year, our menus evolve to propose you elaborated dishes based on seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our table welcomes our hotel guests, but also non-hotel guests, professional and private events, gala diners or meals during company seminars, wedding parties, anniversaries or Communion celebrations.
Denis Blin is our new Chef of the restaurant Domaine des Escaunes. Denis Blin is originally from “Loir-et-Cher”. “My grandparents and my uncles owned farms, so within our family we always had fresh homemade products. He started to work with Marc Marchand at Meurice (1* restaurant). “Then I continued my career with Guy Savoy (3* restaurant), Pierre Gagnaire, …”. After a stay in the Antilles, returning to the roots of the flavors of the territory of France, I had an appointment with Marc & Patricia, the owners of the Domaine des Escaunes.
With the colors and flavors of the sun, the dishes are an invitation to discover the Provençal culture.
